1. Come in Person or send someone on your behalf.
2. Personal Information Needed: Names, Ages, Physical Address, DOB, and Relationship to Head of House.
3. Bring a bag if possible
4. Staff will retrieve items as you select from the available items
5. Customers can come once per week
